Protected: Exploring the feasibility of near-infrared spectroscopy and machine learning for detecting cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus in fingernails

The enclosed dataset comprises near-infrared (NIR) spectra of human fingernails taken from healthy, unhealthy, cardiovascular, diabetic, cardiovascular-diabetic fingernails measured using the Perkin Elmer Spectrum Two N Fourier Transform (FT)-NIR spectrometer equipped with a NIR module (NIRM) (Perkin Elmer Spectrum Two N FT-NIR spectrometer) . Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) included atrial fibrillation, heart disease (unspecified) and hypertension.
