The 12th International Conference on the Developments in eSystems Engineering will continue the success of the previous DeSe conferences. The main theme of DeSE2019 is Robotics, Sensors, Data Science and Industry 4.0.
DeSE2019 will be held from the 7th to 10th October 2019 in Kazan, Russia. It will provide a leading forum for disseminating the latest results in eSystem Development, Robotics, Data Science and Big Data Research, Idustry 4.0, IoT Development, and Applications, Smart City, Smart Health, Smart Living and Smart Home, Health networking, Learning Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing.
Papers are invited on all aspects of Robotics, Sensors, Data Sciences, Big Data, IoT and IoE, to be presented at a three day conference in Kazan, Russia. Authors will have their submissions reviewed by international experts and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings.
The proceedings will be submitted to be reviewed by IEEE, and if it meets IEEE quality review standards, then it may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The papers will be also included in SCOPUS and will be indexed by other relevant indexation services.

Sensors is the leading international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on the science and technology of sensors and biosensors. Sensors is published monthly online by MDPI. Sensors special issue journal is indexed by the Science Citation Index Expanded (Web of Science), MEDLINE (PubMed), Ei Compendex, Inspec (IET) and other databases. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 24 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 5.6 days (media value for 2017).
